Season's Greetings

This wonderful season, I urge you to keep the faith and to celebrate the true meaning of Christmas, and to be thankful for our blessings.

It is in this spirit that I thank you all for your invaluable contributions towards attaining Alumni Meet - 2008 output. The meeting has been a great success one for this year. We have strengthened our existing contacts and reestablished lost contacts. Truly, Together Everyone Achieves More.

Together, we rejoiced our triumphs and accomplishments. I hope that the spirit of unity and nostalgia would remain alive in each and every constituent as we step up preparations for the next meet in 2009.

For Department of Botany/Plant Biology & Plant Biotechnology (A Rose is a Rose, even if not called a Rose ... doesn't Smell Less Sweeter!) to continue to live up to its role as an institution of higher learning and a worthy part of our college, let us soldier on, perform our jobs, and be thankful for the opportunity to be of service to the Department and to our College.

In this season of giving, I invite everyone to share in the spirit of gratitude.

Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas 2008 and a prosperous New Year 2009!

I am,

Ever Yours,

Stephen…
